What beds do you have available in a specific size (i.e. Queen)?

If you’re looking online, we offer the ability to shop by size, from Single to Cali King. Just click on the ‘Beds & Mattresses’ drop-down menu on our homepage you’ll have the ability to shop by size, range, feel & use.

Do you have a bed that is good for my back?

All of our mattresses offer varying levels of support and for those of you who rank back support as a premium factor, we have composed a collection of beds for ‘Better Backs’ – supported by New Zealand Chiropractors for excellence in postural support.

Do you have a bed that is good for a side/back/front sleeper?

Everyone has their individual needs when it comes to sleep – that’s why we created the Sleep Selector – a simple quiz that will steer you in the right direction to a bed that fits your budget and your needs.

Does my local store have the bed I'm after in stock?

Each BedsRus store is independently owned and operated, however all stores sell our core Sleepyhead ranges as featured online. Stock on hand differs from store to store, so it’s best to get in touch with your local bed specialist to confirm the availability and lead times of the product you’re after.

What kind of bed bases do you have available?

The majority of our beds are advertised as a mattress and base ensemble, as bases can maximise the longevity of your mattress. If you’re after a base that maximises your bedroom space too, we have a range available on our website and in store.

Can we swap out our mattress if we don't like it?

Our 30-day comfort guarantee has been designed to help you invest in your new bed with confidence. This guarantee is only available in store, as you must be fitted to your bed by one of our specialists. If you’re not satisfied with your new sleep, you have the opportunity to switch your mattress for one better suited to your needs. Terms & Conditions apply.

Will this mattress hold its shape?

The technology used in our beds is of the highest calibre – featuring world class technology and innovation, making us market leaders in this space. Additionally, a supportive base, mattress protector and a clean sleep environment will prolong the life of your mattress and help it keep its shape. On that note, it’s recommended you replace your mattress every 7 – 10 years to ensure your sleep environment is supportive and healthy.

Pick Up & Delivery

Can I pick-up in store?

Of course – should you wish to pick up an online order, add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout, here you will be presented with the option for either delivery or pickup. If you prefer to order over the phone – simply let your store of choice know how you intend to receive the product when you place the order.

What are the estimated timings for Click & Collect?

Get in touch with your local bed specialist and they will be able to let you know an accurate timeframe for Click & Collect in your local area.

What are the estimated timings for delivery?

Our stores strive to offer efficient fulfilment of orders and due to our locally made product and specialist Sleepyhead partnership, our lead times are the lowest in the market. For specific lead times on individual items, please contact the store you have ordered from/are considering ordering from.

What is the estimated price for delivery?

Whether your local store is near or far, nationwide delivery is always available – however, rates do vary. If you’re ordering online, enter your address at check out and the delivery cost will appear. Alternatively, get in touch with your local bed specialist.

Do you offer SuperGold Card?

Yes — our stores offer a 15% discount off the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) upon presentation of your SuperGold Card in-store. Please note that this offer excludes Elements Wave and Wonderest bed and mattress ranges. This offer is also not valid in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.

Finance Options

Do you have Afterpay available?

Yes – our website has Afterpay available on purchases under $1,500.

Due to the nature of our individually owned and operated stores, not all stores offer Afterpay in store – however, they may offer one of our many alternative payment options.

What are your standard finance terms?

We offer 12 months everyday finance, all the time. We also have a number of finance solutions that can be tailored to your needs. Please contact your nearest store and they will assist in finding the right term for you.

Do you offer WINZ quotes?

As our stores are locally owned and operated, our payment and quote solutions differ from store to store. We advise calling your local store to understand which options they offer.

What is your warranty cover?

As a locally manufactured business, when you buy from us you can be sure that you’ll be well looked after, should something happen to your bed. Our mattresses are covered by 3, 5 or 10 year warranties depending on the model of mattress, and with Sleepyhead’s most trusted brand award seven years running, you can be confident your bed will last the distance.
